Making Time for Me

Do you chill out? Do something active? Do something to better or improve yourself (although I am sure you are all perfect).
I love being inside, behind my camera in the studio or behind the computer, editing or learning. However, I felt it was time to do something that gets me out of doors and of course fitter.
On the 28th March 2019 I discovered the app “Couch to 5k”. Today I completed another incredibly muddy 10k. I believe I was last.
Well someone has to be, but I did it. So what you do you do in your free time?
